Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operational excellence of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Boulder, CO

Pay Range: $29.76-37.26/hour

Shift: 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Maintain and repair the facility's structure, equipment, and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Respond independently to a variety of mechanical service calls and in-house repair requests throughout the facility and grounds.
• Provide guidance and oversee other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform skilled trade work such as carpentry or painting for the construction, repair, or alteration of structures like walls, roofs, or office fixtures.
• Monitor, maintain, document, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including the Central Plant, and act as a liaison supervising contractor work.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Capability to read sketches, blueprints, and drawings, and respond to business needs flexibly.
