Manpower is hiring Night Shift Production Operators to work in a Cleanroom Manufacturing environment at Broadcom, a leading company in the semiconductor industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and develop valuable skills in the technology sector.
Shift Details (Night Shifts Only):

C Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
? 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
?? $22.00/hour -
D Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
? 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
?? $23.00/hour
Note: The first 2 weeks of training will be on Day Shift:
Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required and Verified)
- Must be able to pass a 7-year background check
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or machine operation is a plus
- Comfortable using computers and following detailed instructions
- Strong commitment to excellent attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment:
- Must wear cleanroom suit, gloves, mask, and safety glasses
- No makeup, jewelry, perfumes, or colognes allowed
- Consistent and stable work history preferred
