We are currently seeking a Bilingual Quality Assurance Supervisor (English/Spanish) to lead our QA team and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

?? Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

?? Schedule: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

? Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule QA technicians
• Train new team members
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, safety, and quality standards
• Perform water sampling, environmental checks, and product testing
• Review and sign off CCP records daily
• Manage lab supplies and coordinate third-party testing
• Handle nonconforming product documentation and corrections
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide communication support across departments

?? Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of QA experience in food or fruit production preferred
• HACCP and audit experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work overnight shift (5:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Computer proficiency required
