Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Final Inspection Lead to join their team. As a Final Inspection Lead, you will be part of the Quality department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Final Inspection Lead

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Shift: Day Shift, 6 am- 6 pm on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

What's the Job?

  • Oversee the Final Inspection stations on the production line to ensure products meet quality standards prior to shipment
  • Support inspection activities, including hands-on inspection work when necessary to maintain production coverage
  • Train and cross-train team members on inspection processes and quality expectations
  • Communicate inspection procedures, quality standards, and updates effectively to team members and relevant departments
  • Identify and troubleshoot inspection equipment issues, coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve problems promptly

What's Needed?

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Lead experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred
  • Strong understanding of inspection processes, quality standards, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Hands-on approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to cover various inspection roles and responsibilities as needed
