Our client is seeking machine operators to work in the aviation sector. 
This is a high tech, bright, and clean work environment. 
Prior Machine Operation experience is required for the entry level roles and former CNC experience is required for advanced roles.  
 

**Location: Carroll, IA **

Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay Range: $18.00  
2nd shift differential $1.50 3rd Shift Differential: $2.00 

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM ($19.50 hour) 
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM ($20.00 hour) 


Advanced Experience – CNC and Manual machines up to $24 hour
1st Shift- 6AM-2PM -CNC experience only
2nd Shift --2PM-10PM -CNC experience only 

 

What’s the Job?

  •  Set up and operate precision manual and/or computerized machining centers according to standard work 
  • Adjust machine feed/spindle speeds and the changing of tooling and cutters per machine
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Work with small parts and tolerances.

 

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent or 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Eligible to work in the US 
  • Ability to learn to read and understand blueprints, training available 
  • Computer Experience needed, basic email, Microsoft systems knowledge
  • Basic MATH skills, decimals primarily
