Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking Multi skill positions to join their team. As a Multi skill positions, you will be part of the Segment 2 (Service Team) supporting mold preparation and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Multi skill positions

Location: Fort Madison, IA

Pay Range:

Shift: 2:55pm - 11:25pm

What's the Job?

• Perform all preparation activities to the molds prior to the start of packing operations
• Receive and perform work assignments, following oral and written instructions
• Document mold preparation, web assembly, mandrel preparation, and removal processes
• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment used for mold assembly and inspection
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and engineers to ensure quality standards are met

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, lifting equipment
• Ability to acquire PIME license and LOTO certification
• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and Crown Wave equipment after training
