Location: Waukee, Iowa
Pay Rate: $40–$50.00 per hour

Assignment Length: Temp to Hire
Full-Time Schedule: 4 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thu 8am–5pm; Tue 7am–4pm; Fri 7am–2pm)

What You’ll Do
• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services in line with Iowa state regulations
• Deliver preventive care and individualized patient education
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation
• Partner with dentists and team members to create positive, seamless patient experiences
• Contribute to a warm, professional, community-oriented practice culture

What We’re Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Iowa
• Compassionate, approachable, patient-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to high clinical standards
• Excellent communication and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to meet compliance requirements including a background check and Hep B vaccine/decline.
