Prep Assembly

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Prep Assembly to join their team. As a Prep Assembly, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the smooth and efficient preparation of components for assembly. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Prep Assembly

Location: WEST BURLINGT, IA

Pay Range: $15

Shift: Day Shift 

What's the Job?

• Identify parts by part number accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and kit up carts for assembly teams based on blueprints
• Retrieve wiring carts for the prep area to ensure continuous workflow
• Correct errors in prepared plugs and wiring to maintain quality standards
• Organize bins according to blueprints and build plugs following detailed instructions

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Blueprint knowledge and understanding of wiring diagrams
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
