Production Operator 1

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electronic and mechanical products, is seeking a Production Operator 1 to join their team. As a Production Operator 1, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly, testing, and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator 1

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay Range: $20.21

Shift: 2nd shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality standards and ISO procedures.
• Use visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products accurately.
• Move parts and materials to ensure smooth workflow and maintain an organized work environment.
• Rotate between different operations within work cells and departments as needed.
• Prepare and maintain work records and notify supervisors of any process deviations or issues.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, food service, automotive work, or similar fields preferred.
• Dependable transportation to ensure punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change.
