Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking MULTI Skill Positions to join their dedicated team. As a MULTI Skill Positions, you will be an integral part of the operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: MULTI Skill Positions

Location: EAST MOLINE, IL

Pay Range: $18-$22

Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of skilled tasks across different operational areas
• Assist in maintaining safety and quality standards on the production floor
• Operate and troubleshoot machinery and equipment as needed
• Support team members in completing daily production goals
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

What's Needed?

• TIG Weld (1 Year career experience, Construction experience, CNC experience Soldering experience 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
