?? Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift
?? About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the chemical and paint industry, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join their manufacturing team.
? Key Responsibilities
?? Prepare paint batches according to formulation instructions and production schedules
?? Measure and mix raw materials, including pigments, solvents, and resins
?? Operate production and mixing equipment safely and efficiently, such as:
- High-Speed Dispersers (HSDs)
- Pumps and valves
- Drum hoists, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
?? Perform quality control checks to ensure specifications for color, viscosity, and texture are met
?? Maintain accurate production records and material usage logs
?? Qualifications
?? High school diploma or equivalent required
?? Technical training or certification in paint mixing, filling, packaging
?? Ability to read and follow formulation instructions and production schedules
??? Ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods
