Electronic Board Repair Technician – 1st Shift
Join our team! You’ll diagnose, repair, and test electronic circuit boards to ensure top performance. Hands-on work with PCBs, component-level troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance are key parts of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair PCBs (soldering, replacing, reworking components)
  • Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic tools
  • Read schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Test, calibrate, and document repairs
  • Collaborate with engineering/QA teams and follow safety/ESD protocols

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma required; electronics degree/certification preferred
  • 2+ years board-level repair experience
  • Skilled in soldering, rework, and diagnostic equipment
  • Knowledge of SMT and through-hole components
  • Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and teamwork skills
