Material Handler – 1st & 2nd Shift
$19.75/hour + Overtime Opportunities
Schedule Options
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on production needs
We are looking for motivated and reliable Material Handlers to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring materials are moved, stored, and delivered efficiently to keep production running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Move, store, and handle materials throughout the facility
- Load, unload, and transport products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts
- Pick, replenish, and stage materials for production lines
- Feed production lines as needed based on schedules and direction
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper labeling of materials
- Count, weigh, and record materials handled
- Support shipping and receiving activities during your shift
- Perform general housekeeping (5S), including cleaning and organizing work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and GMP guidelines
- Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred
- Willingness to learn Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Stand for most of the shift (up to 80%)
- Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance
- Frequent walking, reaching, and movement throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures
