Full-Time Production Associate | 1st Shift

We’re hiring a reliable, hands-on Production Associate to join a growing team where quality, teamwork, and consistency matter. If you enjoy working with your hands, paying attention to detail, and seeing the results of your work, this could be a great fit!
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality finished products by:
- Using sanders, grinders, buffers, and hand tools to remove excess material
- Smoothing, polishing, and finishing surfaces to meet quality standards
- Applying paints, sealants, varnishes, or protective coatings
- Performing buffing, staining, and sealing for final appearance
- Operating finishing equipment such as welders, grommet tools, and cutters
- Completing secondary tasks like drilling, gluing, taping, stitching, and shrink-wrapping
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
- Comfortable using production tools and equipment
- Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift 10–50 lbs
- Good color, detail, and finish perception
- A team-focused attitude and positive communication style
