Our client, a global consumer goods and manufacturing company, is seeking a Plant Controller to join their team. As a Plant Controller, you will be part of the Finance department supporting the Factory Leadership Team and cross-functional partners (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning). The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plant Controller
Location: Evansville, IN (Relocation Assistance Provided)
Pay Range: $142,000 – $212,000

What’s the Job?

  • Lead site budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with production and operational needs
  • Monitor factory costs and performance, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Drive monthly financial reviews and track KPIs such as OEE, cost per unit, and productivity
  • Own CapEx processes including business cases, tracking, and ROI analysis
  • Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support decision-making

What’s Needed?

  • 10–15 years of finance experience, including 2–3 years in a manufacturing/plant environment
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, or CA preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting standards, and internal controls
  • Experience with financial reporting, FP&A, and cost accounting in manufacturing
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
