Roll Forming Machine Operator – Manpower

Our client, a manufacturer and stocking distributor of quality raw materials made from aluminum, steel and titanium products used in the aerospace industry.

They are expanding operations and hiring a Roll Forming Machine Operator for day OR night shift.  This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring roll forming equipment to manufacture quality aluminum and metal products. 

The qualified candidate will ensure parts are produced to exact specifications while maintaining high safety, quality and productivity standards on the production floor.


Job Title:                          Roll Forming Machine Operator
Location:                          Greater Wichita area
Pay Rate Range:              $25 - $30/hr
Shift:                                  Dayshift AND nightshift available

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate roll forming machines to produce aerospace roll form sections per drawings and specifications
• Load raw material coils and monitor continuous forming operations
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and tolerance conformance
• Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality and minimize scrap
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety, quality, and aerospace manufacturing standards
• Accurately document production and quality data

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior roll forming or metal fabrication experience required
• Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment is a plus
