Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Lenexa, KS

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Pick products for customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack items using automated strapping machines and prepare shipments with shipping software
• Palletize outgoing and incoming shipments to ensure safe transportation
• Restock inventory and perform regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy
• Receive inbound shipments and unload shipping containers safely and efficiently

What's Needed?

• Reliable with excellent attendance record. Prefer 1 year minimum of 1 year at each job. 
• Prior warehouse experience is required
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with a minimum overhead reach of 6 feet
