Production Supervisor

Our client, DANA is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Management team supporting production. The ideal candidate will have Management skills, Office knowledge and knowledge of safe work practices which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: KY, Henderson, 1491 Dana Drive, ()

Pay Range:36$ hr

What’s the Job?

• Supervisor all employees in your department and manage the flow of production 
• Assure 5S throughout facility 
• Able to coach and give disciplinary notices to employees when necessary.
• Schedule and post overtime requirements when necessary.

• Verify work standards / set up sheets, quality checkpoint sheets and all other production related documents are present at the point of use and up to date and employees follow them. 

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 1-year previous supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• High school required; Bachelor's or associates preferred 
• Union Environment Background - preferred
