Onsite Recruiter

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join their team. As an Onsite Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and staffing needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Onsite Recruiter

Location: Andover, MA

Pay Range: $24 - $28 Hourly

Shift: Day

Bilingual Spanish Preferred

What's the Job?

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing techniques.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the organization’s employer brand.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
