Job Title: Associate Business Systems Specialist
Location: Fairhaven, MA
Pay: $26.44, but also DOE (Temp-to-Hire)
Shift: Regular business hours onsite
About the Role
Manpower is seeking an Associate Business Systems Specialist! This role supports our Sales and Customer Service teams by keeping product data, pricing, barcodes, sales programs, and reports accurate in our business systems. You’ll help make sure everything in the system works the way it should and fix it when it doesn’t.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has experience working with an ERP system and wants to grow their skills in business systems, reporting, and cross-functional support.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure products are set up correctly in the business system (ERP)
- Create and test barcodes and confirm they are linked to the correct products and pricing
- Troubleshoot and fix issues when a barcode, price, or product is incorrect
- Support sales programs by setting up, testing, and validating program details in the system
- Assist with basic system testing when updates or changes are made
- Run and maintain standard sales and customer service reports
- Work with Sales, Customer Service, and IT teams to resolve system issues
- Help assign product categories and codes for new items such as golf balls, bags, gloves, and accessories
- Provide day-to-day system support so orders, pricing, and reports stay accurate
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience working with a business system or ERP (SAP, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite, or similar)
- Associate’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, Information Systems, or a related field
(or equivalent hands-on experience) - Comfortable working with data, systems, and details
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (This is a big MUST)
- Ability to follow processes, test changes, and document results
- Ability to provide data and reports with short notices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
