Associate Copy Lead – Supporting Acushnet | Work on Iconic Golf Campaigns

We’re hiring an Associate Copy Lead to help bring campaigns to life for Titleist, one of the most recognized and trusted brands in golf. If you’re a strong writer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - and you’re passionate about the game - this is a unique opportunity to turn strategy into compelling, high-impact messaging.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on writing and being part of the bigger creative picture, working across digital, retail, and more.

Pay: $35 - $38/hour
Role: Temp to Hire
Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite in Fairhaven, MA

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take approved campaign concepts and adapt them across channels (paid social, display, search, retail, etc.)
  • Ensure messaging stays consistent, on-brand, and high-quality across every asset
  • Support brainstorms and early creative concepts, growing your voice and ideas over time
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, packaging, retail teams, and agency partners
  • Help maintain organized, accurate files and copy standards
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all work reflects Titleist’s premium voice

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, advertising, or creative marketing
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both concept work and production (digital/media preferred)
  • Experience working in campaign environments or alongside agency partners
  • Ability to manage high-volume work without sacrificing quality
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working on a Mac and using tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint, or Box
  • A genuine interest in golf and appreciation for the Titleist brand

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience with paid media or digital advertising
  • Ability to contribute ideas during creative development, not just execution
