Accounts Receivable Support Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Support Representative to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Support Representative, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Framingham, MA

Pay Range:

Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM

What's the Job?

• Contact customers to confirm or correct account setup and billing information
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication with accounts payable teams and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, cases, and special project objectives efficiently
• Identify billing, service, and Accounts Receivable issues promptly and escalate as necessary
• Promote self-service portal options and encourage transition to electronic payment methods

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable follow-up is preferred
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities
