Electro/Mechanical Assembler I

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electro/Mechanical Assembler I to join their team. As an Electro/Mechanical Assembler I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro/Mechanical Assembler I

Location: Marlborough, MA

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Build, test, and inspect electro-mechanical assemblies according to specifications
• Assemble sub-assemblies and system-level hardware
• Perform in-process sub-assembly testing of products being manufactured
• Complete Device History Record data accurately
• Support reconditioning, packaging, and compliance activities as required

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent experience and/or training
• Proficiency with basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, torque tools, terminal crimpers, and soldering irons
• Ability to follow written instructions, assembly procedures, and mechanical drawings
• Experience with basic mechanical inspection equipment like calipers and indicators
• Experience with electrical test equipment such as multimeters
