Manpower is continuing to build our team at Acushnet Company (Titleist), and we’re looking for dependable, hands-on workers ready to jump into a solid manufacturing role with competitive pay and long-term potential.

Weekday Options:
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00pm – 11:00pm | $20.15/hr
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 11:00pm – 7:00am | $21.32/hr
Weekend Shifts (Strong Pay + Flexible Schedules)
Weekend A — $20.08/hr, with double time paid on Sundays
- Friday & Saturday | 11:00pm – 11:00am
- + One or Two 8-hour shifts during the week
- Saturday & Sunday | 11:00am – 11:00pm
- + One or Two 8-hour shifts during the week
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machines
- Load materials and keep production moving
- Make adjustments and troubleshoot when needed
- Perform quality checks to meet Titleist standards
- Hit production goals while working safely
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus - training provided
- Reliable, dependable, and ready to work
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
