In this vital role, you’ll ensure products meet specifications, support continuous improvement, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Shifts Available
  • 2nd Shift, 3pm – 11pm, Monday - Friday
  • 3rd Shift, 11pm – 7am, Sunday - Thursday
  • Weekend Shift (2 weekend days + 2 weekdays)
Pay Rate
  • $20.08 – $21.32/hour, depending on shift
What You’ll Do:
Lead Quality Audits
  • Complete routine audits across production lines to verify compliance with standards, procedures, and documented specifications.
  • Check product dimensions, appearance, labeling, and packaging to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify issues early and partner with team leaders and operators to prevent defects or quality escapes.
  • Document audit findings clearly and accurately for tracking and improvement purposes.
Conduct Detailed Inspections
  • Review materials, components, and finished goods to ensure they meet internal and customer requirements.
  • Verify that equipment is calibrated and functioning properly before testing.
  • Monitor line processes to ensure they meet quality control checkpoints throughout production.
Perform Hands-On Product Testing
  • Carry out physical tests such as measuring, weighing, durability checks, or fit/function assessments.
  • Record results using established QA tools and forms.
  • Provide feedback that supports decision-making on product acceptance or rework needs.
Support Continuous Improvement
  • Share insights with the Technical Team Leader to assist in root-cause investigations.
  • Recommend improvements to processes, documentation, and quality procedures when issues are identified.
  • Participate in corrective action efforts and support follow-up checks.
Collaborate with Your Team
  • Work closely with line operators, supervisors, and fellow QA staff to maintain strong communication around quality expectations.
  • Assist team members with tasks that help reach quality, safety, and productivity goals.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:
  • Willingness to learn Quality Assurance procedures and sampling methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly—both written and verbal.
  • Basic English reading/writing to record production data and follow safety guidelines.
