Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and production industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the assembly and packaging of products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Walpole, MA

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 3:30pm-12:00am

What's the Job?

  • Safely handle materials throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Perform various kitting and packing operations of assays, following detailed instructions and drawings.
  • Identify components accurately based on Bill of Materials and perform in-process checks for quality assurance.
  • Complete production tasks on schedule, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Utilize computerized test equipment to test products and maintain precise production records.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Good basic computer skills and the ability to read, write, and understand English for following instructions.
  • Dependable work history with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to follow all safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
