Press Cell Lead B Shift

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Press Cell Lead to join their team. As a Press Cell Lead, you will be part of the Extrusion Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Cell Lead 

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $21+/hour

Shift: Monday-Wednesday 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Thursday 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Exhibit active leadership to model and support the company's vision and strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the department to support team members
• Ensure the department has the necessary tools and resources for efficient operations
• Provide leadership to extrusion team members, including participating in hiring processes
• Apply continuous improvement techniques to enhance department performance and quality standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma/ GED required
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a night shift schedule
