Our client in Jackson, MO is seeking a dedicated NIGHT SIFT Family Care Operations Team Lead  to join their team. This is a Forklift Operator role. 

*Must be able to pass online assessment to qualify for interview!*

Job Title:Family Care Operations Team Lead
Location: Jackson, MO 63755
Pay Range: $23.80
Hours: 7pm-7:30am (2-2-3 rotation)

What’s the Job?

• Review the daily staffing needs and distribute personnel in accordance with the needs of the operation and at the customer’s request.
• Ensure that all plant GMP standards are followed.
• Complete staffing reports each shift.
• Ensuring all operators on his/her assigned team has appropriate T# for operating the RTCIS system. Communicate needs with Family Care Supervisor
• Ensure all powered industrial truck training is up to date and complete

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 1+ year of Forklift Driving experience
• Follows all Plant, Family Care and task safe practices.
• Possess strong people handling skills.
• Dependability a must.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the manual system used when RTCIS is down.
