Forklift Assistant- 48" Line

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in innovative foam products, is seeking a Forklift Assistant to join their team. As a Forklift Assistant, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Assistant

Location: Pevely, MO

Pay Range: $19.25/hour

Shift: Four 12-hour shifts: 4 AM - 4 PM 2 days, 4 PM-4 AM 2 days, off 4 days 

What's the Job?

• Assist in the manufacturing of styrofoam products 
• Operate and support forklift activities to move materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols 
• Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Steel-toed boots are required
• Forklift experience preferred but not mandatory
• Background check and drug screening required
