Total Compensation (base + incentive): $100,000+ per year

About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join a dynamic outpatient team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and a collaborative clinical environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Physical or Occupational Therapist specializing in handy therapy, you'll work with a diverse patient population to treat upper extremity conditions.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Developing and adjusting individualized plans of care for hand, wrist, elbow, and related upper extremity conditions
• Educating patients on managing conditions, modifying activities, and preventing injuries
• Documenting progress using Raintree EMR
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Participating in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or actively working toward certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
