Now Hiring: Fabricator – Custom Metalwork
Location: Harmony, NC | Pay: $14–$18/hr (based on experience) |
Schedule: 8AM to 5PM - Full-Time, 40 hrs/week
Join our team as a Fabricator and put your skills to work building custom ductwork, structural supports, enclosures, and specialty assemblies for industrial ventilation and dust collection systems.
What You’ll Do:

Read blueprints and shop drawings

Cut, form, and assemble steel and sheet metal

Operate shop tools: press brakes, shears, saws, MIG/TIG welders, plasma cutters

Check measurements for accuracy and fit

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Assist with layout and occasional field prep
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in metal fabrication or welding
-
Ability to read technical drawings
-
Familiarity with shop tools and safety practices
-
Detail-oriented with pride in quality work
-
Experience with ductwork, structural steel, or HVAC is a plus
-
Welding certs, forklift, or crane experience are also bonuses
