Now Hiring: Will Call Coordinator (Short-Term Assignment)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Duration: 3 months or longer

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers? We are seeking a Will Call Coordinator to support our Customer Service team and ensure accurate, efficient order fulfillment. This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Position Overview
As a Will Call Coordinator, you will play a key role in daily operations by supporting customer pickups, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records. You will be a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams, helping ensure orders are correct and processed on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and efficient will call pickup experience for customers and associates

  • Perform administrative tasks including phone support, paperwork, and data entry

  • Verify product counts and quality to ensure order accuracy

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and team members

  • Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines at all times

  • Prepare shipments, generate FedEx labels, and coordinate courier services

  • Support special programs and assist with additional tasks as needed

  • Collaborate with team members to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, foodservice distribution, or customer service

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
