Electrical Controls Assembler I

Our client, a manufacturing and electrical assembly company, is seeking an Electrical Assembler 1 to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler 1, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Electrical Assembly Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Assembler 1
Location: NC, Knightdale
Pay Range: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Assemble electrical components and wiring according to specifications and assembly documentation
• Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with specifications
• Follow safety procedures and operate tools/equipment properly
• Collaborate with team members and follow direction from supervisors

What’s Needed?

• Ability to read and understand assembly documentation, diagrams, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (70 lbs team lift) and work on ladders or lifts
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check and drug screening
