Location: Lenoir, NC

Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Post-Training Schedule: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: $16/hour or DOE (Depending on Experience)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable Router Operator to join a manufacturing team in Lenoir, NC. This position begins with a Monday–Friday training schedule, then transitions to a 3-day workweek once training is complete. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor router machines to cut and shape materials
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure accuracy and quality of finished products
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous router or CNC experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
