Day Shift | No Machine Experience Required | Manufacturing Environment
We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Operators to support our 1st shift production operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to enter manufacturing, learn machine operations, and build long-term skills.
Warehouse Operator – 1st Shift
Position & Pay Options:
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Hours & Pay Vary by Assignment:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $12.50/hour + weekly $2 attendance bonus
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $13.50/hour + weekly $2 attendance bonus
(Typically stays 1–1.5 hours after production ends to assist with next-day setup)
- Experience: No machine experience required
Warehouse Operator Responsibilities May Include:
Production & Material Support
- Ensuring quality materials move efficiently through production
- Maintaining a steady flow of material to hoppers and machines
Quality & Safety
- Preventing contamination from entering the production process
(wood, plastic, metal, glass, etc.) - Inspecting materials to maintain product quality standards
Log Preparation & Equipment Support
- Ensuring logs are prepared, staged, and ready for Peeler operations
- Maintaining continuous availability of logs for production
- Assisting with end-of-shift setup to prepare for the following day
What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to learn machine operation
- Comfortable with heavy lifting: 75lbs or more.
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Forklift certification is a HUGE plus!
