We are actively seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics and Maintenance Helpers to join our growing manufacturing team. These roles are critical in keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently—and we offer competitive pay based on experience, plus opportunities to grow your skill set.
?? Maintenance Mechanic Positions
1st Shift – Maintenance Mechanic
- Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: Based on experience
- Experience Level: Manufacturing experience required
2nd Shift – Maintenance Mechanic
- Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Pay: Based on experience
- Training Requirement: Must be willing to train on 1st shift for 30–90 days
- Experience Level: Manufacturing experience required
Maintenance Mechanic Pay Range:
- $19/hour (entry-level experience) up to $28/hour for exceptional experience
- $2/hour weekly attendance bonus for perfect attendance
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades on production equipment
- Support equipment modifications and development projects
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Hands-on experience with:
- Hydraulics & pneumatics
- Bearings, sprockets, and chains
- Electrical systems
- Welding and fabrication
Maintenance Helper Positions
1st & 2nd Shift – Maintenance Helper
- Pay: $15–$17/hour
- Experience: Minimal maintenance experience acceptable
- Great opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in maintenance
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Assist Maintenance Mechanics with repairs and installations
- Be eager to learn and grow technical skills
- Have a strong work ethic and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
