Entry-Level Production Operator / Assembly Line Associate – 1st Shift – $18/hr – Weekly Pay – Salisbury, NC

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.00 - $18.60 per hour
• Weekly Pay
• Monday–Friday (No Weekends)
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Perform assembly line work including coating, prepping, and finishing panels
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency
• Complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates welcome with some manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on task
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled facility and wear PPE
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
