We are hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for Production Operator roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with long-term potential for candidates who show up on time and are ready to work.
What You’ll Do:
- Assembly line work coating and finishing panels
- Repetitive, fast-paced tasks
- Standing for full 8-hour shifts
- Meeting daily production goals as part of a team
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
What We Need
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep pace
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Motivated to meet production goals consistently
