As a Customer Service/Office Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service/Office Assistant
Location: Catskill, NY
Pay Range: 23.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
What's the Job?
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Handling data entry tasks, including capturing client information and order entry
- Managing file organization and performing other assigned office tasks
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
