• PERM DIRECT HIRE

• Proven leadership: 3+ years supervising warehouse staff; able to motivate, coach and hold employees accountable.
• Operational knowledge: strong experience with shipping, receiving, order building,  inventory control, dock operations and container handling.
• Forklift/lift-truck experience: certified operator or proven experience supervising drivers (safety-first mindset).
• Computer skills: proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, comfortable sending/reading professional email; familiarity with WMS/ERP systems is a plus.
• Communication and organization: clear verbal and written communication
• Problem solving and attention to detail: resolves issues fast (missing inventory, shipment discrepancies, container inspection) while maintaining accuracy.
• Safety and compliance focus enforces safety rules and maintains accurate records.
• Dependability and flexibility: able to manage shifting priorities, occasional early/late shifts to accommodate work load.

• Able Supervise daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, order building, inventory control).
• Oversee lift-truck drivers and ensure safe, efficient material handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; lead cycle counts and investigations for   discrepancies.
• Use Excel and warehouse systems to prepare reports, shipping documentation and   communications
• Lead, train and evaluate staff; enforce safety, quality and company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
