We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Montgomery, NY. This role supports the replenishment and shipping departments by moving palletized product from the staging area to delivery doors and preparing materials for outbound shipment.

? What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate a Reach Truck to transport palletized product throughout the warehouse
• Move staged pallets to delivery doors and prepare product for shipment
• Perform replenishment tasks as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines, warehouse procedures, and operating standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within your work area

• Minimum of 3 years of Reach Truck experience (required)
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
