Job Overview

A small and growing distribution company in Monticello, NY is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our team. This role involves accurately picking products, packing orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is a steady weekday position with consistent hours.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products using a picking slip and locate items throughout warehouse aisles
• Pack items accurately into boxes and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Contact customers by phone to notify them when orders are ready for pickup
• Use a customized computer system to process and track orders
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Prior picking/packing or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills required
• Forklift knowledge is a plus (not required)
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
