Porter / General Maintenance Worker

Our client, a reputable organization in property management and maintenance, is seeking a Porter / General Maintenance Worker to join their dedicated team. As a Porter / General Maintenance Worker, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the upkeep and smooth operation of multiple residential properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Porter / General Maintenance Worker

Location: Saugerties, NY

Pay Range: $23

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

What's the Job?

• Perform general maintenance and small repairs across two property sites
• Complete work orders efficiently to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
• Prepare vacant units to rent-ready condition through cleaning and repairs
• Maintain grounds, including cleanup and upkeep of outdoor areas
• Manage trash removal and overall property upkeep to ensure a clean and safe environment

What's Needed?

• Experience with general maintenance and small repairs is preferred but not required
• Ability to complete work orders accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
