Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Bilingual Client Coordinator to join their team. As a Bilingual Client Coordinator, you will be part of the HR and staffing support team supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Client Coordinator

Location: Shirley, NY

Pay Range: $60,000.00 per year

Shift: 9 a.m.–6 p.m., full-time, 40 hours/week, on-call flexibility required

What's the Job?

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and client contacts
  • Support onboarding and check-in processes while providing ongoing communication
  • Monitor attendance and performance, offering coaching and recognition as needed
  • Identify and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between associates and the client
  • Source, place, and retain talent based on client workforce needs

What's Needed?

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Experience in manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
