Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Wilmington NY
Pay: 65K to 83K
What’s the Job?

  • Lead, direct and supervise all daily Financial Center (FC) sales operations and staff within established policies and guidelines that support and further the goals of the credit union and the strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain efficient and accurate day-to-day operations, professional quality member service, sales, and member relationship-building activities.
  • Train, develop and coach staff in the establishment of an energetic, enthusiastic and professional, member-focused service and sales culture (staff of 5 or more direct reports).
  • Assist the Regional Director/Assistant Vice President as required.
  • Perform duties of hourly FC roles as needs arise.
  • Assume full responsibility of leading and directing staff to meet and/or exceed deposit and loan goals as outlined in the annual financial plan, including all other goals/referrals assigned to the Financial Center to support MVP-1 and Financial Center Key Performance Indicators.
  • Support other teammates within the financial center acting as a role model for the MVP 1-Team culture.
