Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay Range: Up to $37.00/hour

Shift: Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift)
6:00AM - 2:30PM; Monday - Friday
2:00PM - 10:30PM; Monday - Friday
10:00PM - 6:30AM; Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Ensure the operation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment through preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on plant equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely parts and service delivery
• Maintain safety standards, good housekeeping, and GMP practices within the plant environment

What's Needed?

• High School Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with mechanical and electrical repairs required
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and work in various positions
