Lobby Receptionist

Our client, a leading organization in the corporate sector, is seeking a Lobby Receptionist to join their team. As a Lobby Receptionist, you will be part of the front desk support team, ensuring smooth visitor management and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening, communication, and facilitation skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lobby Receptionist

Location: Cranberry Township, PA

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Days (40 hour)

What's the Job?

• Staff the lobby reception desk at the organization's headquarters.
• Observe and report any potential issues happening in the lobby area.
• Greet visitors and notify their designated host of their arrival.
• Use the Envoy visitor management system to confirm visitors.
• Utilize the Gatekeeper turnstile system to grant physical access to visitors, vendors, and contractors.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain First Aid, CPR, AED, and BBP certifications as supplied by the company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Observant with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with security personnel and staff.
