Quality Manager

Quality Manager – Direct Hire in Hanover, PA
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Salary range is based on experience level $80K-$120K
Manpower is seeking a results-driven Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives and ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company standards. This role oversees the Quality team and works cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and cost-effective operations. The right candidate should have prior experience in industrial manufacturing and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage Quality Engineers and Quality staff
• Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and compliance with company policies
• Implement and manage internal, supplier, and ISO audits
• Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
• Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality concerns
• Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and process controls
• Analyze quality data and implement strategies to improve product quality and customization
• Drafts and recommends procedures to establish or improve quality standards, standard repairs, process controls, and inspection methods.
• Analyzes, reviews, and approves manufacturing policies, processes, documentation, and operations.
• Develops and implements strategies to increase quality and customization of products.

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing quality environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and corrective action processes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
