Production Supervisor

Our client, an industry leader in industrial operations, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Jonestown, PA

Pay Range: $25–$27 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm subject to change based on the client's needs

Additional Information:
This is a temporary position with the potential to convert to a full-time role, based on performance and business needs.

What's the Job?

• Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision of team members
• Communicate effectively with associates and management to support operational goals
• Ensure team reliability, productivity, and adherence to company standards
• Assist with coordinating workflow and addressing operational needs
• Support a positive and accountable team environment

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or production supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both employees and leadership
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a plus
• Self-motivated with a go-getter mentality and strong reliability
• Degree preferred, but relevant experience is acceptable
