3rd Shift Die Cutter

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a 3rd Shift Die Cutter to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Die Cutter, you will be part of the production department supporting the envelope production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Die Cutter
Location: Mount Pleasant, PA
Pay Range: $16.50/hr
What's the Job?

• Reviews job tickets to determine type, description, grade and basis weight of paper, die, and quantity to cut.
• Programs and adjusts cutting, as well as operates all auto die cutting machines.
• Reports all damaged and/or rejected materials.
• Remains within waste standard; segregate, weigh and record waste.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machines.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
